SHORT SALE ITEMS NEEDED FROM SELLERS AND THEIR AGENTS 1) Hardship Letter (dated and signed by Sellers). 2) 3rd party Authorization Letter SIGNED BY SELLER(S) for Gulf Breeze Title of Sarasota. 3) Financial Information dated and signed (monthly expenses). 4) Last 2 yrs. Tax Returns (ALL PAGES) DO NOT BLACK OUT THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER 5) W-2’s for all sellers. (If self employed will need 6 mos. Profit and Loss Statement) DO NOT BLACK OUT THE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER 6) Last 2 mos. Bank Statements (ALL PAGES) DO NOT BLACK OUT THE ACCOUNT NUMBER 7) Last 2mos. Pay Stubs, retirement, unemployment, pension, etc. (if a spouse is a non-working spouse, they will need to write a letter and state that with their signature on the letter). 8) Signed Listing Agreement. 9) Most recent statement from your existing lender(s) 10) Signed Contract and all addendums 11) Buyer’s Loan Approval Letter or proof of Funds 12) Active MLS Listing **DO NOT ALTER ANY DOCUMENTS IN ANY WAY, AS THE LENDERS WILL NOT ACCEPT ALTERED DOCUMENTS. FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS AND ACCOUNT NUMBERS MUST BE REFLECTED**
MOST LENDERS ALSO HAVE THEIR OWN FORMS THAT WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE ITEMS. WE WILL PROVIDE THESE FORMS TO YOU AT THE BEGINNING OF THE TRANSACTION.
